Caster Castrendagent is the standalone Farcaster trend agent surface for Caster OS. This static fallback keeps agent navigation, Farcaster mini app compatibility, read-only status routes, Hypersnap webhook contracts, cron tick contracts, signer gates, promotional tip ledger gates, queue locks, governor gates, and rollback visibility live while every mutating runtime remains blocked_external.
